I am an experienced massage therapist with 20 years experience in Sports Massage, Thai Massage (aka Thai Yoga Massage), Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Ortho-Bionomy techniques. I also used to be a competitive freestyle mogul skier, so I know where my clients hurt after a day on the slopes! Because of my ski background, I now specialize in customized Therapeutic Thai Massage for ski enthusiasts around Montana! After graduating from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 1991, I worked in resorts around Vail, CO as a mobile massage therapist for 17 years offering a variety of massage services to other skiers, tourists, and locals. I also have studied Thai Yoga Massage at the Denver Integrative Massage School where I routinely assist as a thai massage instructor. I now live in Big Sky, MT where I provide several varieties of massage and herbal wellness services to the community.
